§ 117.37 SERIAL NUMBERS REQUIRED.
   No pawnbroker shall accept as collateral security or for purchase any property of the type given manufacturer’s serial numbers or other identifying insignia unless the property shall have plainly visible thereon the manufacturer’s serial number or other identifying insignia.
