§ 117.34 UNLAWFUL PURCHASES.

It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this chapter to receive any articles in the course of his or her business from any person who is in an intoxicated condition, a minor, or who is known or suspected by him or her to have acquired and be disposing of the articles unlawfully.
