§ 157.05 NOISE-SENSITIVE AREAS.
   Pursuant to I.C. 8-21-10-3(b), until a permit has been issued by the State Department of Transportation, no person may erect a residential building or other building designed for noise-sensitive uses within an area lying 1,500 feet on either side of the extended centerline of a runway for a distance of one nautical mile from the boundaries of any public use airport. Where an area is covered by more than one height limitation, the more restrictive limitation shall prevail.
