§ 152.51 MECHANICAL SYSTEMS CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION REQUIRED; ANNUAL RENEWAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for a mechanical systems contractor to obtain a mechanical systems permit without first having registered as required by this section.
   (B)   Annual renewal of registration shall be required of mechanical systems contractors for each year they wish to obtain permits.
