A service charge for false alarms responded to by the City Police shall be paid by the owner of the automatic alarm system as follows.
(A) A maximum of three false alarms shall be allowed to an alarm box owner in any 12-month period. False alarms instigated by vandals shall not be considered.
(B) A service charge of $25 shall be paid by the alarm box owner for each false alarm in excess of three, but less than six during any 12-month period. For each false alarm in excess of six during any 12-month period, the alarm box owner shall pay a service charge of $100.
