The City Council hereby adopts the rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Communications Commission pursuant to Section 623 (b) of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 (47 USC 543(b)) for the review of the basic service tier of cable television services and equipment necessary for the provision of such service tier.
