§ 117.10 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK DEALERS. Persons engaged in buying and selling old iron, old copper, old brass, old rubber, old bottles, old machinery, old implements, or old automobiles, for the purpose of separating the parts thereof and selling those parts as used parts.
   JUNK SHOPS or JUNK YARDS. Junk dealers places of business, if within the enclosed walls of a building, shall be termed JUNK SHOPS; and if these places of business are not within the enclosed walls of a building they shall be termed JUNK YARDS.
