§ 117.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEALER IN SECONDHAND GOODS. Any person who keeps a place of business for the purchase or sale of secondhand clothing, secondhand furniture, or secondhand goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind.
