All orders taken by persons required to have licenses under this chapter shall be in writing in duplicate and shall clearly and distinctly state the total consideration to be paid by the purchaser. One copy of the order shall be given to the purchaser at the time of taking it. In addition, any representation as to charitable use of the money paid by the customer should be clearly stated in precise amounts or percentages in the written order.
