§ 114.24 REGISTRATION TERM, ENFORCEMENT AND RENEWAL.
   (A)   A certificate of registration under this subchapter shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
   (B)   Inspections may be conducted at the discretion of the Board of Public Works and Safety, or by its appointee or agent. Violations of any restrictions of operation (as listed in § 114.23) may lead to the Board suspending the registration pending consideration of further action.
   (C)   A certificate of registration may be revoked by the Board of Public Works and Safety if documented violations deem necessary.
   (D)   Renewal for a certificate of registration for café activity shall be granted upon written request within 30 days of expiration providing no violations have occurred during the term of existing registration.
   (E)   Renewal, or reconsideration for a revoked certificate of registration for café activity will be considered, then granted or denied at the discretion of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
