§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DANCE HALL. Any structure or place where the public generally, or groups of persons, are invited to engage in dancing for valuable consideration, paid either directly or indirectly, or as an incident to the purchase of merchandise or food.
   DRIVE-IN. Any business or place of business engaged in the selling at retail of soft drinks, food, ice cream, or other confections, and providing facilities for the driving in or parking of automobiles or other vehicles for the purpose of selling or delivering these goods to the occupants of the vehicles.
   OPERATOR. Any person who is the owner, lessee, or occupant of real estate on which a skating rink, dance hall, or drive-in is conducted or maintained.
   SKATING RINK. Any business or place of business where the public generally, or groups of persons, are invited to engage in skating for valuable consideration, paid either directly or indirectly, and do so engage.
