§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADVERTISING MATTER. Any written or printed paper, card, circular, coupon, pamphlet, or folder intended for general distribution, except newspapers.
   SAMPLE. Any package, parcel, or item of merchandise intended for general distribution and for which no charge is made.
