Whenever there are six inches or more of snow falling within the city as determined by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, all persons who have motor vehicles parked along the following streets shall immediately move their vehicles so that the streets can be cleared of snow by the Street Department, these streets being thoroughfares and carrying a large volume of traffic. No person shall fail to remove his or her vehicle within a reasonable length of time after such a snow. This schedule is not to be held conclusive.
