§ 73.14 RIDING ON HANDLEBARS; NUMBER OF RIDERS.

(A) A person propelling a bicycle shall not ride other than upon the permanent and regular seat attached thereto, or carry any other person upon the bicycle otherwise than upon a firmly attached and regular seat thereon. Further, no person shall ride upon a bicycle otherwise as above stated.

(B) No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped.
