§ 73.04 REPORTS REQUIRED OF DEALERS.
   (A)   All persons engaged in the business of buying secondhand bicycles are required to make weekly reports to the Chief of Police, giving the name and address of the person from whom each bicycle is purchased, the description of each bicycle purchased, and the frame number thereof.
   (B)   All persons engaged in the business of selling new and secondhand bicycles are required to make a weekly report to the Chief of Police, giving a list of all sales made by the dealers; the list shall include the name and address of each person to whom a bicycle is sold, the kind of bicycle sold, together with a description of each bicycle and the frame number.
