The Public Utility Board, through the city’s MS4 Operator, shall identify guidelines and regulations for the engineering and design of stormwater systems and erosion control practices. These guidelines and regulations shall be collected and maintained in a manual to be know as the “City of Shelbyville Stormwater Design Manual,” and shall apply to all areas under the city’s jurisdiction. While the Public Utility Board may amend any of the guidelines and regulations contained within this Stormwater Design Manual as is necessary, at least two copies of the manual shall be continually updated to reflect any and all changes. These two copies shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer and available to the public for review.
