§ 35.011 TYPES OF EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Full-time. An employee who has successfully completed the probationary period of employment and who works 30 hours or more a week will be considered a full-time employee.
   (B)   Part-time. An employee who works 29 hours or less each work week is considered a part-time employee.
   (C)   Temporary/seasonal.
      (1)   All employees are considered temporary/seasonal who perform work for the city only on a seasonal basis.
      (2)   Employees in this category are not entitled to fringe benefits offered by the city.
      (3)   All employees who gained employment with the city via a federal, state, or county program designed to provide emergency or short-term employment shall be entitled to only the fringe benefits specified by the federal, state, or county statutes in regard to the specific program.
   (D)   Probationary. All employees are considered probationary if working during that period described in § 35.009(B).
