§ 35.005 POLICY.
   The policies and procedures contained in §§ 35.001 through 35.020 shall apply to all of the employees of the city unless otherwise specified in a particular policy or procedure. These policies and procedures are to be followed in the administration of the city’s personnel program to the end that all city employees and applicants have reasonable assurance that all the policies and procedures shall be pursued in a uniform, consistent, and equitable manner. These policies and procedures are established as provided for by Ordinance 1628 and Amending Ordinance 1717.
