§ 33.10 BOARD OF AVIATION COMMISSIONERS.
   (A)   The airport facilities of the city and all matters concerning aviation in and about the city shall be under the exclusive control of the Board of Aviation Commissioners. The Board shall be subject to any restrictions in I.C. 8-22-2-1 et seq. or other laws of the state, and the laws and regulations of the United States.
   (B)   The Board of Aviation Commissioners shall have all the powers enumerated by statute including, but not limited to, the powers to purchase and lease both real and personal property and to adopt rules and regulations for the management and control of the airport and landing field and any other air navigation facilities of the city.
