§ 32.26 NONREVERTING NUISANCE FUND.
   (A)   A nonreverting nuisance fund is established to receive monies collected as the result of fines ordered or levied by the Shelbyville Board of Public Works and Safety. Monies collected may be used to pay expenses related to the operation of the Plan Commission office such as, but not limited to, postage, office equipment, supplies, maintenance and any other expenses that may occur. This fund shall be titled the Nonreverting Nuisance Fund and shall be subject to full accounting standards and procedures.
   (B)   The funds in this account may be spent without specific appropriation, since the expenditures shall be limited by the sum of monies collected.
