§ 32.25 NONREVERTING OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUND.
   (A)   A separate fund is established to be known as the Nonreverting Opioid Settlement Fund.
   (B)   The source of funding includes monies allocated to the city from the settlement of opioid litigation as defined and set forth in I.C. 4-6-15 et seq.
   (C)   The city shall only appropriate and use the funds in accordance with the appropriate court ordered settlements.
   (D)   The Nonreverting Opioid Settlement Fund shall exist until terminated by ordinance of the City of Shelbyville Common Council.
