§ 32.20 LOW INCOME HOUSING ACCOUNT.
   (A)   A separate fund is hereby established to be known as the Low Income Housing Account.
   (B)   The source of funds to be deposited into this account will be monies collected from individuals, corporations and other entities, which pay money into the Account to benefit low income housing, procuring of other financial aid and other projects.
   (C)   Any amounts donated for the low income housing purposes as set out in division (B) may be directly deposited into this fund.
   (D)   This fund shall be a non-reverting fund, and shall be used as directed by the Low Income Housing Authority, with the consent of the Mayor.
   (E)   If at any point in time this fund is to be terminated, then any residual amounts not spent or incumbered shall be transferred to the City General Fund. The funds in this account may be spent without specific appropriation.
