§ 32.02 DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized, pursuant to I.C. 36-4-11-4, to appoint one Deputy Clerk-Treasurer to be paid solely from funds appropriated for the office of Clerk-Treasurer. The Deputy shall work under the exclusive direction of the Clerk-Treasurer, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Clerk-Treasurer.
