§ 30.27 RETIREMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   Any member of the Fire Department who has served until he or she has attained the age of 65 shall automatically be retired.
   (B)   There shall be a Firefighters’ Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-7 (1937 Fund) and I.C. 36-8-8 (1977 Fund) concerning the statutory pensions of the city firefighters.
