(A) All individuals requesting that the Police Department produce any of the following items shall be required to pay a corresponding fee as follows:
(1) Copies of statements on audio cassette - $10.
(2) Copies of incident reports - $3.
(3) VHS copies - $25.
(4) DVD copies - $25.
(5) Copies of pictures per print (must purchase all prints taken on particular roll) - $2.50
(6) Copies of digital pictures on CD (per CD) - $10.
(7) Criminal background check - $7.
(8) Notary fee - $2.
(9) Copies of accident reports (see § 70.10) - $5.
(10) Vehicle title check (per check) - $5.
(11) All other reports (per page) - $.10.
(B) Handgun application fee. The Police Department shall charge a $10 application fee to all individuals who apply for a handgun permit. The funds collected through this division (B) shall be deposited in the account known as the “Police Continuing Education Fund”.
