§ 30.01 ORGANIZATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT.
   The government of the city shall consist of the following.
   (A)   Executive branch (I.C. 36-4-5).
   (B)   Legislative branch (I.C. 36-4-6).
   (C)   Fiscal branch (I.C. 36-4-10).
   (D)   Statutory boards and commissions.
