§ 34.10  CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION.
   The Election Commissioner, County Clerk, or Municipal Clerk shall, within 40 days after the election, prepare, sign, and deliver a certificate of election to each person whom the County Canvassing Board has declared to have received the highest vote for each village office.
