§ 31.15  GRANT OF POWER.
   The Board may make all ordinances, bylaws, rules, regulations, and resolutions, not inconsistent with the laws of the State of Nebraska, as may be expedient for maintaining the peace, good government, and welfare of the village and its trade, commerce, and manufactories.
