Unless otherwise provided by the Board, special meetings may also be called by any three members of the Board of Trustees. The object of a special meeting shall be submitted to the Village Clerk in writing. The call and object, as well as the disposition thereof, shall be entered upon the journal by the Clerk. On filing the call for a special meeting, the Clerk shall notify the members of the Board of Trustees of the special meeting, stating the time and its purpose.
