§ 30.26  REGULAR MEETING.
   (A)   The Village Board of Trustees shall, by ordinance, fix the time and place of holding its stated meetings and may be convened at any time by the Chairperson. Regular meetings shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at the hour of 6:00 p.m.

   (B)   (1)   At the hour specified for a meeting, the Village Clerk shall proceed to call the roll of members and announce whether a quorum is present. If a quorum is present, the Board shall be called to order by the Chairperson.
      (2)   In the event that a quorum of the Board is not available for a regularly scheduled meeting, the meeting date and time for that meeting shall be rescheduled to allow for a quorum of the Board to be in attendance for the purpose of briefing, discussion of public business, formation of tentative policy, or the taking of any action.
   (C)   (1)   At all meetings of the Village Board of Trustees, a majority of the Trustees shall constitute a quorum to do business. A smaller number may adjourn from day to day and may compel the attendance of absent members in such manner and under such penalties as prescribed by the Village Board of Trustees.

      (2)   Unless otherwise provided by the Board, on the request of any two members, whether a quorum is present or not, all absent members shall be sent for and compelled to attend.
