§ 95.02  RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees shall have the power and authority to enact bylaws, rules, and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof.
   (B)   It may provide suitable penalties for the violation of such bylaws, rules, and regulations.
