For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
KENNEL. Any lot or parcel of land or place where more than three dogs over the age of six months are confined, treated, boarded, housed, or cared for, and shall include any lot of parcel of land or place where a person, corporation, or other entity engages in, conducts, manages, or maintains a veterinary business, regardless of the number of animals, treated, kept, confined, or boarded.
