§ 30.03  SEAL; OFFICIAL CORPORATE.
   The official corporate seal of the village shall be kept in the office of the Village Clerk, and shall bear the following inscription, “Village of Shelby, Nebraska, Seal”. The Village Clerk shall affix an impression of the said official seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances, and all other official papers issued by order of the Board of Trustees and countersigned by the Village Clerk.
