§ 92.017  RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any owner, keeper, or harborer of any dog to permit or allow such dog to run at large.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section to RUN AT LARGE shall mean to permit, either intentionally or unintentionally, a dog to be present upon the streets, sidewalks, and alleys of the city and any other public or private property not owned or occupied by the owner, keeper, or harborer of said dog. A dog shall not be considered to run at large if the dog is secured by a leash and is under the immediate supervision of a person able to keep the dog under reasonable control.
   (3)   All dogs found running at large are hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be impounded and disposed of as provided by the animal control officer.
