It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the corporate limits any horse, mule, sheep, cow, goat, swine, chickens, ducks, geese, or any other livestock or fowl including their offspring. This provision shall not apply to the Shelby-Rising City School District vocational/agricultural program when the keeping of such animals or offspring are part of the educational course of study being offered by the Shelby-Rising City School District.
