(A) (1) When a snow emergency is in effect, any vehicle parked on the streets or alleys in the village shall be ordered removed as hereinafter provided.
(2) All vehicles are to remain off of said streets and alleys until the snow emergency operations have been completed.
(B) Vehicles parked in violation of this section are a nuisance and a danger and interfere with snow emergency operations and the Chief of Police and County Sheriff has the authority to order the removal of any vehicle parked in violation of this section. The Chief of Police and the County Sheriff may issue such order personally or through one or more deputies. The cost of towing and storage of any such vehicle removed in violation of this section shall be paid by the registered owner before the vehicle is released from storage. The towing and storage costs shall be in addition to any fine or penalty authorized by § 72.99.
