It shall be unlawful to park any semi-trailer upon any street or alley within the village limits. This section shall not prohibit parking upon the streets or alleys for a reasonable time to load or unload any semi-trailer when such parking is necessary to load or unload the semi-trailer for lawful commercial activity or necessary to load or unload goods to residents or inhabitants of the village.
