§ 54.08  CONSTRUCTION WASTE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, property owner, tenant, lessee, contractor, or any other person constructing new buildings, structures, or other improvements or remodeling of existing buildings, structures, or other improvements to deposit or to allow construction waste and materials to accumulate for removal by the village’s garbage hauling and disposal contractor. Any such person, property owner, tenant, lessee, or contractor shall be required to haul and deposit his or her own construction waste to a landfill licensed by the State of Nebraska or make separate arrangements with the village’s garbage hauling and disposal contractor for removal of construction waste. Construction waste shall include, but not be limited to, lumber, bricks, insulation, siding, concrete, blocks, glass, shingles, tar paper, and any other waste materials remaining which results from the construction or remodeling of any building, structure, or other improvement on real estate.
