§ 51.21  ADDITION OF FLUORIDE.
   From and after the effective date of this ordinance codified in this section, fluoride shall be added to the water supply of the village pursuant to Neb. RS 71-3305, as amended, in the manner and amount as prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State of Nebraska Department of Health.
