Every person desiring a supply of water must make application therefor to the Village Clerk upon blanks to be furnished by him or her for that purpose. If the person making application for water service is not the owner of the property to be served, such person shall make a combined water and sewer service deposit in the amount of $42. The application must state fully and truly all the uses to which the water is to be applied, and no different or additional use will be allowed except by permission of the Maintenance Supervisor. Water may not be supplied to any house or private service pipe except upon the order of the Maintenance Supervisor.
