Utility bills not paid by the fifteenth of the month shall be deemed to be delinquent. Upon being deemed to be delinquent as herein defined, the village may discontinue service pursuant to § 50.02. All delinquent consumers shall be assessed a delinquent charge in the amount of $25 for water, sewer, and garbage. All water services shall be assessed a $25 disconnect fee and a $25 reconnect fee. Once water service is disconnected, the service shall not be reconnected except upon payment in full of all delinquent charges including late fees, disconnect fees, and reconnect fees. The village may also take any action authorized by law to collect the delinquent charges.
