A. Unlicensed Sale: Any person, who has not been issued a license under this chapter, who shall sell or keep for sale any alcoholic beverage, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. Violation: Any person who shall violate any section of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1975 Code § 5.08.240; amd. 2008 Code)
