3-2-12: MISREPRESENTING AGE; ALTERING IDENTIFICATION CARD:
It is unlawful for any person to fraudulently misrepresent his or her age to any dispenser of alcoholic beverages, or to falsely procure an identification card, or to alter any of the statements contained in the identification card as herein provided for. (1975 Code § 5.08.180)
