A. Regular: The city-county planning board shall fix the time for holding regular meetings, but it shall meet at least once in the months of January, April, July and October. (1975 Code § 2.20.080; amd. 2008 Code)
B. Special:
1. Who May Call: Special meetings of the city-county planning board may be called by the president or by two (2) members upon written request to the secretary. (1975 Code § 2.20.090; amd. 2008 Code)
2. Notice:
a. Required: The secretary shall send to all members, at least two (2) days in advance of a special meeting, a written notice fixing the time and place of the meeting.
b. Not Required: Written notice of a special meeting is not required if the time of the special meeting has been fixed in a regular meeting, or if all members are present at the special meeting. (1975 Code § 2.20.090)
C. Quorum: A majority of the board members shall constitute a quorum; no action of the city-county planning board is official, however, unless authorized by a majority of members of the board at a regular or properly called special meeting. (1975 Code § 2.20.110; amd. 2008 Code)
