A. Schedule Of Rates: Effective June 20, 2018 the rates and charges for the City's water system are as follows:

2. All customers receiving water from the water main located south of Shelby and owned by North Central Montana Regional Water Authority will pay an additional three hundred dollars ($300.00) annually for increased operation, maintenance, and pumping costs. (Ord. 834, 5-7-2018)
B. Minimum Meter Charges: Water service to all users of the system is metered and all charges will be based on consumption based on the above rate schedule, or, only if consumption results in charges that fall below the applicable minimum charge, then the minimum meter charge will apply. C. Correctional Facility Minimum Monthly Charge: These rates will be effective June 20, 2018:

D. Approval Of Public Service Commission: This section shall be in full force and effect upon approval by the City Council, through the authority granted to the City Council by section 69-7-101, Montana Code Annotated, and as adopted by resolution of the City Council. (1975 Code § 13.16.005)
E. Turning Water On After Discontinuance: The fee for turning water back on after it has been turned off for nonpayment or voluntarily turning off and then back on again shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
F. Installing And/Or Turning On Fire Hydrant: The fee for installing and/or turning on a fire hydrant shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). (1975 Code § 13.04.060; amd. 2008 Code)
G. Late Fees: Late fees shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month. (Ord. 639, 10-16-1989)
