A. Adverse Weather Conditions: The city council may adjust the time schedule hereinabove set in order to accommodate adverse weather conditions.
B. Extension For Corner Lots: In addition, the owner or owners of corner lots who are required by this chapter to install sidewalk, curb and gutter may, at their option, complete all sidewalk, curb and gutter within the timetable set forth herein, or request the city council to allow them an extension of time to complete a portion of the installation, and the city council, in its sole discretion, may extend the time to complete such portion of the installation by up to three hundred sixty five (365) days.
