7-2-6: WILLIAMSON PARK ROAD:

A. Speed Limit: The speed limit on the Williamson Park Road from the frontage road at the Marias River bridge next to Interstate 15 and on to the Williamson park boundary shall not exceed twenty five (25) miles per hour.

B. Penalty: Any person violating this section shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1975 Code § 10.08.060; amd. 2008 Code)
