A. Ten Miles Per Hour: Vehicles equipped with solid rubber or cushion tires shall be operated at a speed not in excess of ten (10) miles per hour. (1975 Code § 10.04.200)
B. Fifteen Miles Per Hour:
1. The speed limit on Valley Street between Oilfield Avenue and Westwood Avenue and on Prairie Street between Oilfield Avenue and Westwood Avenue shall not exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour. (Ord. 738, 5-17-1999, eff. 6-17-1999; amd. 2008 Code)
2. The speed limit in all designated school zones shall not exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour.
3. The speed limit on Twelfth Avenue between First Street South and Third Street North shall not exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour.
C. Thirty Five Miles Per Hour: The speed limit on South Front Street (Main Street South) on City Shop Road between the hospital parking lot exit and Benjamin Road, on Thirteenth Street South between Ninth Avenue South and Marias Valley Road, on Marias Valley Road between Thirteen Street South and Third Street North, and on Correctional Facility Road (including Frontage Road and Heath Road) shall not exceed thirty five (35) miles per hour.
