4-6-5: MOBILE HOME SKIRTING:
Mobile homes shall be skirted within fourteen (14) days of being moved onto a lot regardless of whether the home is stored on the lot or used as a residence. Skirting shall be made of plywood or similar material, installed in a workmanlike manner, and kept in good condition. (Ord. 808, 9-4-2012)
