(a) No person shall permit the use of, and no person shall use, any equipment or property of the Village for other than a Municipal use or purpose except as provided in subsection (b) hereof.
(b) Council may, by passage of a motion or resolution approved by at least a majority of all members elected thereto, permit the use of any item of equipment or property of the Village contrary to the provisions of subsection (a) hereof when it is first found that the public welfare or convenience is served thereby.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 785. Passed 5-22-78.)
